HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update.

Note: Some orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Please note, Saturday, Sunday or holidays are not included in business days. Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in order processing. Orders may be subject to a delay and require an additional 2 business days to process.

We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered within a timely manner. Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimated provided by USPS. On rare occurrences, packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame shown.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

HOW DO I CHECK ON OR CONTACT SOMEONE ABOUT AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR IS MISSING AN ITEM?

While we try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, sometimes human errors can occur in fulfilling an order. Other times, the merchandise may be damaged during the shipping process. In these situations, we want to do everything we can to fix the error as quickly as possible. You must provide a photo of the damaged item along with the order number. If we made an error in the fulfillment of your order (e.g. you received an item you did not order), follow the instructions below.

*We reserve the right not to accept certain damaged items. We have no control of the weather. Please do not leave lipstick in direct heat for a long period of time as this may cause it to melt.

 

AFTER MY ORDER IS SUBMITTED, CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO IT OR CANCEL IT?

We know that you want your order quickly. We work efficiently to process your order as soon as it is placed, due to this we are unable to edit, apply discounts, or cancel an order. 

 

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE? 

Yes, however every item we carry has a bit of a different fit. You can find most accurate sizing when choosing your size for each product.

 

I HAVE TWO COUPON CODES; CAN I COMBINE THEM? 

Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order. Our customer service department may email you at the email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. To avoid delays, please be sure your name, billing and shipping address matches the card you are using. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs, you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and your order will not be shipped. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. Prices and products are subject to change at any time.
